Have you ever asked yourself:

“Is this all there is?”

You’ve got the job with the coveted acronyms and professional position. The perfect house, the beautiful family, the swanky car. You seemingly have it all and yet … you feel dead within.

I’ve been there, done that, and survived to tell the tale.

I started my “waking up” process in my 30’s.

I had made it to the top of my sales career and held the title of National Director of Sales for my company. I got on a plane to go to work more than I did a car, traveled the country and made a six figure income without a college education.

From the outside looking in it appeared that I had an amazing and exciting life. Visiting different cities around the United States all year long. Organizing and directing our national sales force. It all looked like it should have been the perfect life.

BUT I WAS BEYOND MISERABLE.

Surely there had to be more than what I was experiencing.

If this was the “congrats you made it” prize, I wanted to give it back and start over. So I did the unthinkable:

I stepped out on that road not taken and changed the entire course of my life.

I quit my glamourous job, I got an “8-5” job (making half of my salary) and for two years went to school at nights and on weekends. I knew where I was being called like I knew my name.

Community college, nursing school, one bachelors degree and two masters degrees later and I have never found myself more happy.

Are you brave enough to make a change?

I work one-on-one with high achievers who seemingly have it all but still feel empty and know life could be so much more. You know, the ones who have the job title, the house and the cars, but still look around and ask themselves “is this all there is?!”.

No, Dorothy, this isn’t all there is, and it’s time to go from a life of black and white to technicolor. Tick Tock!
